  • We begin with a confidential, spacious conversation to understand what you are navigating and what support would be most meaningful. If we’re aligned, the next step is completing the client questionnaire.

  • Using insights from our discovery call and your completed client questionnaire, together we will create a coaching approach aligned with your leadership journey, values, and capacity. We will agree on the goals that matter most to you.

  • Through bi-monthly or monthly one-on-one 60-minute sessions, we work through your real-time challenges, decisions, and growth opportunities so that you can take action on what matters most.

  • Between sessions, you will have space for reflection and continued support to ensure momentum does not stall.
