Alicia Smith
I work with accomplished women leaders in corporate and nonprofit settings who are navigating moments of change, pressure, or recalibration. Women who are accomplished, capable, and ready to lead in a way that is sustainable, grounded, and rooted in joy.
After more than 25 years of leading in high-pressure, high-performance settings, I founded Alicia Smith Coaching & Consulting because I understand the unique weight you carry. I know what it costs to be constantly capable. I know the quiet doubt that lives alongside genuine accomplishment. And I know that courage is not the absence of uncertainty. It is the decision to trust your own wisdom anyway.
My career spans philanthropy, leadership development, and mission-driven organizations, where I have led teams, built and scaled initiatives, advised senior leaders, and made decisions with real consequences for people and impact. Most recently, I led and scaled a transformative global leadership initiative that empowered thousands of leaders across sectors and guided the program through a significant organizational transition.
These experiences shape how I coach. I know what it means to lead through ambiguity, competing priorities, and burnout while holding care for people and outcomes at the same time. I know what it feels like to carry the responsibility and wonder how long you can keep going at this pace.
My coaching blends deep listening, evidence-based tools, and practical strategy. This work is not about pushing harder or fixing you. It is about slowing down, gaining clarity, and leading from your brilliance with courage and joy, on your own terms.
Clients work with me because I offer a rare combination of strategic rigor, lived leadership experience, and grounded presence. I am direct, compassionate, and honest. I will help you name what is true, see what is possible, and move forward with intention.
Founder and Leadership Coach
My Core Values
I believe your brilliance is not something to be proven. It is something to be trusted.
I believe joy is not a destination you reach after you've suffered enough. It is a practice, and it belongs in your leadership now.
I believe courage looks like telling the truth, making the hard choice, and trusting yourself to handle what comes next.
I believe transformation happens when you feel supported enough to be honest, brave enough to choose differently, and grounded enough to lead from who you actually are.
As your coach, I am honored to walk alongside you as you step into the fullest, most joyful expression of your leadership.
